Here at dbe sales & Service Ltd we understand the needs of our landlords. And have worked closely with some of the northwest largest property management agents, student accommodation services as well as private landlords. Weather you own 1 or 1000 property’s we provide a fast, proficient, punctual service that our customers have come to expect.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING SERVICE
Here we are hoping to answer some questions that you may have regarding Service from booking to paying to ongoing support if there is anything you can see that we have not mentioned, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us and we will be happy to assist.
What manufacturers do you cover?
We get asked this question a lot and yes the washing machine is a washing machine but we on certain products as all our engineers are manufactured train and we believe in offering you the customer the best service possible. Our list of manufacturers are as follows.
AEG, BEKO, BLOMBERG, ELECTROLUX, ZANUSSI, LAMONA, ( HOWDEN’S KITCHEN;S OWN BRAND ) we do work on some other manufacturers and own brand products like IKEA and John Lewis so please feel free to contact us, if we’re unable to assist we will aim to point you in the right direction.
How much will it cost to call you out and do you offer a free estimate?
We don’t offer a free estimate service unfortunately this is due to cost being occurred as soon as the engineers leave the office. We have three levels
Estimate fee
£45
(this applies if you deem the repair of the appliance not cost affective )
Standard call out
£72
( this covers most Jobs whether it’s five minutes or 1 hour, it’s all covered in this fee)
Large Labour
£86.40
(this fee is only usually charge for larger jobs Ie tub replacements on washing machines or jobs that may take longer than an hour)
We do not charge per visit if we complete the job within one visit or five visits it’s just one service fee
Do you use genuine parts and will my repair be guaranteed?
Only ever use manufacturers approved parts, doing so makes sure that we are not changing the specification and safety of the appliance. All our chargeable repairs hold a 12 month part guarantee and a three-month labour warranty should you need to call us out within three months for a different fault , This will be a new job and chargeable all over again. If you have any concerns, please feel free to discuss this with us.
What will happen if I book a service visit?
We understand that your time is valuable and an appliance breaking down is a headache that no one needs so we’re here to take that pain away and make things as easy as possible for you,
Once the repair is booked in the office, will give you a day that fits with your schedule engineer typically works 8 till 4, but they will work until the day is done. Once you have your allocated day, you will be notified usually the night before, but at the very latest before 9 am on the day of the visit by the engineer either via text or telephone call within 2 to 3 hour time slot(delays Can and will happen but where this is inevitable the engineer will always let you know in advance) while we always try to repair every product first time sometimes spare parts need to be ordered in this instance, the engineer will rebook from site at a time this convenient with yourself. Once the repair is complete the engineer will explain what they has done and any spare parts that have been fitted.
Who do I pay and when for my Service visit?
We will only charge you when the service call is complete and engineer has finished the repair. Payment can be made by card, bank transfer or cash.
My appliance is still faulty after my repair what should I do?
In the unlikely event that you’re appliance is still faulty please contacts us where we will arrange another visit free of charge.
