How to order ?
Placing your order with DBE Sales & Service could not be easier simply choose your desired product and any services attached and complete the purchase form.
Alternatively, you can always speak to one of our UK-based call staff on (0151) 647 3633, who will be able to answer any questions and assist you with your purchase.
What happens once my order is made ?
Once we have received your order, our team will start to arrange the delivery of your appliance we aim to contact you within one hour of your purchase Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 6 pm. We have a variety of delivery and installation options we will always aim to be as flexible as possible and fit in with your requirements.
Is my appliance right for me and will it fit ?
Please be sure to check appliance dimensions for patching the appliance. Lots of appliances are standard size but they can vary from machine. If you’re stuck at all. Please feel free to call our office on (0151) 647 3633 or fill out a contact form and we will do everything we can to assist you in purchasing the correct machine we don’t just sell machines at DBE but for over 40 years we have been repairing them we have a good knowledge of white goods and what is the right appliance for the right situation. So if your unsure please contact us and we will do all we can to assist you in your purchase.
Will I receive the appliance shown ?
We will always supply the model that is shown. This will be the exact model so please be sure to take all the details in on your particular appliance noting any damage that may be on the product. We will always point out damages and imperfections, all our graded products have been through workshop tests by fully Qualified AEG service engineers that have been manufacture trained, we want our customers to buy our products with confidence.
Is my appliance in stock ?
Everything listed on our website is in stock and ready for immediate dispatch we do not list products that are not in stock and ready for dispatch or collection.
Can I return an item I don't want?
If you’re not happy with your product, just let us know within 30 days of delivery and you can return it. Your refund will be made within 14 days of collection from your home and it will include the cost of delivery. It’s important you don’t use or install your product. If you do, we’ll have to deduct up to 50% of its value from your refund, as we cannot resell it as a new item. We’re happy for you to unpack the product and inspect it properly. We’ll refund you in full for items which haven’t been used, as long as you let us know you want to return it within 30 days of delivery.
Will my appliance have a warranty
All our appliances come with a genuine manufacturers warranty. This will be listed when purchasing the appliance but is a minimum of 1 year
you will follow the normal process of registering your product with the manufacturer to activate your guarantee. Please keep a copy of you replicate for proof of the purchase date.
Which payment methods can I use to place my order?
You can use Visa, Visa Debit, , MasterCard, PayPal or Apple Pay. You can also pay by direct bank transfer, Please call 01516473633 to discuss this option
Does it cost me any extra to use PayPal?
No, PayPal is completely free. However, it can only be used on online orders, not telephone orders.
If I don't want to pay online, what do I do?
Simply telephone our friendly call centre on 0151 647 3633 and one of our advisors will be happy to process your order by telephone using your payment card.
Delivery day ?
The day has come, your new appliances is arriving. We want the delivery day to go as
smooth as possible. It’s going to need a little help from you depending on what service
you have chosen. There are a few different scenarios regardless of what service you have
paid for, everyone will be notified the day before to confirm that the delivery is still okay to
take place. On the morning of the delivery you will get a rough time slot so that you can
make sure that you’re in for your delivery. Some services we use do have live tracking.
Please be aware time slots can change and we do advise that you be there before your
allocated time slot, drivers will make you aware if they are running late. Please be aware
that changing travel conditions can affect delivery times and while we do our best to keep
you informed this is not always possible. Please note if you have opted for a pallet
delivery this will only be made to the curb side and the driver will not be able to take the
appliance off the pallet or into the home. We are unable to deliver to some post codes
outside of the UK mainland. Please feel free to contact us regards delivery to these areas
before ordering.
